I had a tanning incident and I wrongly put blame on the studio. They contacted me and were very kind, informative and truly cared what I had to say. This is made it very clear to me how much their care about their clients. They were so helpful in teaching me about tanning beds and safe ways to use them. Evelyn is wonderful.
I struggled with this review, I don’t have any complaints with staff or the services I have received. I have a complaint with the owner who doesn’t listen to their clients and staff regarding the booking site. Vagaro is AWFUL! It shows that it’s all booked up but in reality it’s not. It’s not very intuitive either. Go back to the old one or find something different or you will lose clients.
I almost skipped this Fabutan location because of some negative Google reviews and considered going to the Stony Plain one instead. But I decided to stop by and ask a few questions first, and I’m really glad I did.
This is now my 3rd visit, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful.
