Slave Lake Eye Care is known for its friendly and efficient staff, who are always willing to help and provide the best service. They accommodate patients promptly, such as seeing someone right away for a pressure test after surgery. The office is clean, organized, and has a professional appearance. The community is fortunate to have this office.
Long story short. Broken glasses and called at 9am to let them know and that I needed new glasses. I lucked out with my dad heading to Slave Lake this afternoon and got him to drop off my old broken pair to use the lens, in tjat short time they sent me 7 different frames that my lens would fit. I picked a cute Kate Spade cat eye ones and within an hour. My NEW pair of glasses were ready for pickup! So thankful for the fast, quick service! I am one happy customer 😊
Me and my friend had an excellent experience during our first eye exam in their clinic. The optometrist Dr. Carolina Navarrete was professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Sergio and the other staff were welcoming and the process was smooth from start to finish. I felt confident that my vision needs were well taken care of. 🤓ðŸ‘
