I’ve taken my cat Arlow here a few times for grooming, and every visit has been amazing. Since getting him groomed here, he’s become noticeably more affectionate and relaxed. He always seems to feel so much better afterward, and it really shows in his mood. The groomer is incredibly kind and gentle with him, which makes such a difference. He comes home happy every time.
I brought my cat biscuit in for a groom. I have never had a cat groomed before but Jeannie made it a super easy process. She had a great demeanor and he came back to me smelling and looking amazing. We will make this a part of his care and routine going forward.
This was my kitten's first grooming appointment, and things went so much better than expected. She was handled firmly but gently and great care was taken to make sure she didn't get too stressed out. I haven't had great experiences with groomers in the past with my dogs, but this one was excellent with my giant ball of fluff. Quick, friendly, considerate, and so kind to my kitten. Will definitely be coming back here again.
