Called in August, very friendly and helpful receptionist. Ended up booking a cistern cleaning for mid September. They called and emailed midday the day before scheduled date stating 'they were short man power and to try another company, they may be able to help'. No 'lets reschedule', no warning, poor asset/scheduling management.
If I could give them a zero I would. I dislike that I even have to give them one star! Silvester doesn't care about their customers. They just want your money. WARNING: if you are a female. Do not allow them to come unless you have a male present. These men came to a house I needed an inspection on to ensure everything was working before we put in an offer. They came to the house for about 8-10mins and had no shame charging me $418. They asked to go into the basement and when I mentioned it was a crawl space. They said they would need a specific person to go down there. They don't go into crawlspaces! So they never came back with someone. Ohh and they looked at my cistern and said If we purchased we needed to cover it more. One side was a bit exposed. They never actually looked inside to make sure it was okay and didn't bother to see that there was a huge crack in it! NOW we have to purchase a new one so that's a couple thousand dollars we get to paid for a new one. Ofcourse no help to them and we had to repair the septic tank too. OFCOURSE they only looked in and said, you need an alarm. These guys took full advantage that I'm a young women and didn't do their job! They gave me no real report and had about 4-5 guys to just come to a job and get paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
