Took my vehicle in to Karmen today for some issues. Karmen explained everything and was extremely honest. On my invoice he only charged me for 1.4 hours of work, I thought it would have taken an average mechanic at least that time to diagnose those issues. Let alone fix them. That's how you know you're dealing with an honest mechanic. Wouldn't hesitate to go here again.

I would highly recommend have any repairs done by Carmen.He explained what repairs needed to be done , and did them in a very timely matter.I feel very confident in the work that was done on my car. I will be a repeat customer!!He even showed me the damaged part that he had removed from my car.

Carmen came highly recommended as the most honest mechanic offering quality work at an affordable price. He was able to accommodate a same day inspection and clearly communicated what the issue was and gave honest advice on what needs to be repaired. He was kind to offer to wait for me to pick up my vehicle after shop hours (I explained to him that I wouldn't be able to make it until 5:30pm and I would have to drive from SP to Edmonton.) To my surprise, my car was preheated when I arrived and even better, the price was very reasonable. I was really impressed with the terrific Customer Service by Carmen and your shop definitely earned a very loyal customer.
