Zane and another young man. Sorry I did not catch his name. Came to unthaw the water lines. They were punctual, professional, informative, and efficient. They needed a part and were back first thing in the morning to finish as promised. It was a big job. They cleaned up afterwards. Will always recommend this company and their employees. RayBach has come to the rescue on more than one occasion at my office. Once to fix a clogged toilet, and the next to fix a leaky faucet under my sink. Tom was prompt and professional, describing the problem and the fix in detail. Super efficient and knowledgeable- I would highly recommend this company!
