Brenda Vos at Onyx has become absolutely invaluable to me in a very short time. I have spent many years in therapy and thought I had myself “figured out”. When I started at Onyx I came for what I thought was one reason, only to have her slowly pull back the layers of the onion piece by piece in a way that no other counsellor or therapist has ever done before. I feel safe, protected, heard, validated, respected, and supported. I am extremely grateful for the continued opportunity to embrace personal healing and self awareness.

Also, the space - every time I go in to the Onyx offices I feel like I'm going for a lavender bath or or a head massage. Haven't seen a place so well designed and uncluttered.
