Roy, an appliances specialist, offered directions but did not offer further assistance when seen again. Overall, RONA+ Sherwood Park is a reliable destination for building materials, with reasonable prices, a wide selection, and helpful staff like Lauren and Zach.
Good customer service but bad purchase experience.
Ordered an AC unit online. It was delivered the same day. Had noise and performance problems, when I called to ask about warrantee I was told to bring it back to the store.
Accept… the Rona nearest where I lived wouldn’t take it because the wrong item was shipped. Same description, but different model. I had to drive across town to this location for the return.
They processed the return without issue and refunded the shipping cost since the wrong item was shipped. Great customer service staff, not so great order pickers.
We had a bit of an issue with our online order delivery, but Kim (Department Manager) and Shivam Sachdeva (Store Manager) completely turned the situation around. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help were truly outstanding.
What impressed us even more was that Shivam personally delivered the smoker we had ordered to ensure everything was taken care of. That level of customer service and dedication is incredibly rare these days and truly went above and beyond our expectations.

I have done to special orders through RONA+ to keep it Canadian where possible. They save me thousands of dollars combined on both orders as compare to the orange blob. The staff (Hanan, Braeden and Hayley) were so willing to assist you and not run and hide in the next aisle. They were able to order normal and custom made access panels for an Apartment Condo my mother lives in from a Canadian Supplier and as well save us a ton of automated window blinds from the whole condo which from Levolor top notch brand name for blinds, Not Canadian Company but at least bought through a Canadian Company. #ElbowsUp
