However, a problem noticed on multiple visits is that a lot of part bins seem to be mixed up. The store layout can also be confusing, with some items like electrical outlets appearing in different sections. Roy, an appliances specialist, offered directions but did not offer further assistance when seen again. Overall, RONA+ Sherwood Park is a reliable destination for building materials, with reasonable prices, a wide selection, and helpful staff like Lauren and Zach.
Had a great experience at this store thanks to Lauren. She is so down to earth, helpful and made me feel welcome in the store where I felt very out of place. Lauren absolutely makes such a positive difference! Definitely recommend shopping at this location. Thank you for making my experience extra awesome!
First problem is I have noticed on multiple visits that a lot of part bins seem to be mixed up. I realize there are people that pick up a part then for some reason change their mind and put the part into the wrong parts bin. But I rarely find that in other hardware stores. Probably because the other hardware stores have someone check each parts bins and if an incorrect part is in the wrong box they move it to the correct box. I realize that sorting and correcting parts bins is an extra cost but not doing so is frustrating for the customer.

Zach, a jolly fellow who offered help when I met him on the aisles saved me time and from frustrations looking for an item which seems difficult to find at the store- thanks so much Zach. Five Stars for the Store, Zach and the store Manager who was the cashier at the time confirming Zach and Roy’s names. I rated it 4-stars as the appliances specialist?, Roy, who’s comfortably sitting at the time when I asked help, gave me directions though where could I possibly find the item, but that’s all he did.
