GoodLife Fitness Sherwood Park Mall offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for women. The facility is clean, with a homey atmosphere and a private gym area connected to the locker room. The sauna and steam rooms are always clean and available, and the staff is very friendly and professional. Members appreciate the well-maintained equipment and the spacious change rooms that include basic necessities such as shower gel and moisturizer. The location features fantastic natural light and a good layout, making it a great spot for any fitness level or goal. The fitness classes, like those led by Jodi, are excellent, and the amenities such as tanning are consistently clean and accessible. Overall, this is a well-organized gym with friendly staff, quality equipment, and a positive atmosphere that many members enjoy during their visits.
This gym is great but they play the first minute of “another world” by Hayla every 30 minutes and it’s driving me nuts. I like that song a lot but it’s just too much… Management if you are reading this I am very willing to change this review to a 5 star if you can get this fixed, I think it’s something to do with the sting ray music setup. Also please consider another incline barbell bench.

There are ample lockers and spacious walkways, along with a pleasant steam room. The showers are functional and clean, though the wooden doors show some visible mold, which could benefit from attention.

I just want to say, thank you for all your help, with signing up for my gym membership, and being so patient as I transferred over to my work discount program!! I love working out here. The people are very nice and friendly. The staff are wonderful. Diedre saved me with a roll of fresh TP. :)
Savannah is awesome at answering all of my questions I had.
They let me pay my gym membership fees in bulk when I want to before my due dates for the gym membership. So I would pay for 3-5 months in advanced.
Especially on my slow days at work, I would go to the gym often.
