Ended up with a flat tire at work, luckily I work close to here. They are absolutely fantastic. Had me in within 10 minutes, and out within the hour. They suggested things I need to fix on the car that actually are helpful, and the owner of the shop even came to chat with my about the car and what should be done.
Overall such a great experience compared to other places in the city. Highly recommend here.
My tire experience with this team was stellar. They were very patient with me since I don't know much about cars. I was given the tire options and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. They installed my tire at my appointment on time and it was completed 30 minutes later 👏. While I was waiting I inquired for my wifes SUV and I will be bringing it in next Saturday. By the way, the tires I purchased are awesome. Thank you so much to the team at this location and a special shout out to Ro.
Had a great experience at Fountain Tire - Kaska Road! Was in a bit of a pickle with a sudden hole/leak in one of my tires. I came in and spoke to Dustin who was very welcoming, explained the process and told me where I could wait with my dog. The service was quick and I was out in no time. Special shout out to the owner Ro for chatting with us and also making us feel welcome in the shop.
Thank you! Highly recommend for excellent communication and professional service.
