I've went to these guys before for extra keys due to their massive selection of types, colours and patterns. This time I went in because I was having trouble with my key fob. They showed me how to open it up without breaking it, and explained that all I needed was a new battery. They said I could get the battery from Canadian Tire next door and didn't charge me anything for their time. They are courteous, professional, and never try to upsell you something you don't need. I will happily go back to them for any lock related needs I have in the future.

Great experience. Trevor came out today to install a new key pad lock, reprogram 2 existing key pads and override key a couple of the keypads. He was kind, and informative about the whole process. The door handle on the one door had to be moved to accommodate the new keypad. He did it in a way that you can't see the original holes so it's like nothing was moved at all.

They were able to get me a new car key cut and programed just before closing, this is honestly the best lock smith I've ever been to, they're extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend going here for all your locksmith needs as well as if need any locks or have any questions related to door locks and latches.
