I cannot speak highly enough of this veterinary clinic. Every team member is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Dr. Smith, in particular, has been outstanding—her dedication and genuine passion for veterinary medicine are evident in every interaction. One of my senior dogs has faced significant health challenges recently, and Dr. Smith has been incredibly thorough, supportive, and attentive throughout the process. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were awesome! Most experiences we've had at the vet are judgemental and overwhelming, all while forcing what our family deems unnecessary tests and treatments. This pushed us away from regular vet visits.
Dr. Mah was the exact opposite! Such a realistic approach on animal ownership and care.
We will absolutely be making this office our vet going forward.
Emerald hills is always attentive to my dogs’ needs, they treat us like family when we go in, and we’ve never had a single bad experience. The vets, techs, and receptionists are all communicative, honest, prompt, and thorough!!
