I joined CrossFit Sherwood Park looking for a great work out and community. This gym has both! I was welcomed and felt comfortable right away. Glenn's intro session was a great way to ensure safety and understanding of the CrossFit systems. I loved watching the more advanced crossfitters do their thing. Even though I was a new member and not as fit I was always given modifications so I could do the whole workout. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone, even if you are just starting your fitness journey!
Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or you are an athlete, this is a great gym. You will feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The trainers and owners are knowledgeable and personable. Definitely a good place to join!
Love this place!From the first coaching session with Glen to getting to know everyone and being a part of something so fun and having everyone be so excepting of where you’re at no matter what level or what your experience is that you have or don’t have at all in working out or in CrossFit it was great, especially when I’m such a shy person this was a place you feel so excepting.Every time I went I was nervous about the workout before me of what I had to do and it’s hard you sweat from your eye balls but it was the best feeling in the world to get it done as hard as I wanted to or as little as I tried but then you still have to work so hard but boy oh boy the...read full review
