I recently had my vehicle in for warranty work. It was done in an extremely timely manner, even though there were complications with scheduling on my end. Not only did they fix my vehicle, they detailed the entire car and it is spotless!! They provide exceptional service!
I was rear-ended in my 2025 Mazda towards the end of November and was able to pick my car up at the end of January. The longer wait time was due to the holidays, and some unexpected hiccups that couldn’t be helped. I’m very happy with the work that Boyd has done, everything looks great and they even detailed the entire interior of my car despite all the damage being on the exterior (they even found my girlfriends ring she thought she had lost). The staff are very friendly and it’s clear they know what they’re doing. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work.
So, i will start by saying im a senior female who did an incredibly stupid thing by pulling out of a parking spot where there was no car in front of me except that is for a cement base of a Light standard …scraped the entire length of my car from front to back … sickening as there was not one scratch on my 8 year old honda fit
So went to Boyds for an appraisal explaining this was not on insurance, they were so professional, kind, courteous and understanding. Then i got another appraisal done in sherwood park not mentioning the name and they quoted nearly five thousand more for the same job!
