I have been going to them for years and have had only insident with my nail breaking off. (Note: I work as a weld inspector and in the assembly of modifications to valve, so I am always getting very dirty and working with my hands.) It was not a them doing it wrong but when I went in for a replacement they were more the happy to fix it. They have been very kind and accommodating with what I need and want. I need to have the bit thicker gel overlay tips to with stand what I do for work and they do a great job of making that happen!
P.S. I have recently moved to St. Albert and I still take the drive to get them to do my nails. I don't trust anyone else too!
