I was in a panic because there was a large amount of water coming from my furnace. Tina made sure to get someone to me as quickly as possible! The technician who came was very polite and found the problem right away and explained the possible ways forward (on how to melt the ice build up). When he came back the next day he kept me informed and wouldn’t leave until he knew everything was working 100%. When he did leave he made sure to point out that, if I had any more questions or concerns, to contact the office and they’d be happy to help; and I truly believe that based on my amazing experience with CCAS. They have a client for life.
