Mark and Denise were so helpful when I was trying to decide to decide what unit was best for me and my family. They took the time to show me all the important features. Amanda, quickly quelled my fears about financing, getting back to me two days earlier than expected to let me know things had gone through without problem. On pick up day, Greg ensured I felt confident with the functioning of the features, giving me a chance to try it all out. In the end, Doug made sure the hitch and such were safely in place before I headed home. Everyone reminded me to call with any questions and Mark checked in to make sure I made it home safely. Have nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Rangeland! Mark went above and beyond selling us a small trailer that was PERFECT for our family. He took his time, explaining everything thoroughly, and even threw in upgrades such as a new battery, propane tanks and fixed things that were not part of “as is” sale (it was a trade in). They helped us attach it onto our vehicle (that had some minor glitches with their shop helping us with our ball hitch that had rusted) and even the manager of sales was super friendly with payment etc. Our kids had tons of popcorn and cookies and played “Family” in the campers inside while we processed all of this!... read full review
Great people and loved the experience of buying our new trailer. Talked / visited with Mark over 2 years and we found a trailer that worked for us. Was not high pressure, just spent the time.
