Just got our new to us tub from Next Gen Hot Tubs. They moved the tub into our back yard which looked like a tough task but they got it in no problem.
They then hooked it up and got it going for us and hooked up all the electrical. They also gave us detailed and easy to follow instructions on how to use it.
I highly recommend using them for anything hot tubs! Great and friendly service!
Next generation hot tubs went above and beyond for us. We had an emergency during the cold snap and our hot tub pressure valve cap broke and was shooting water out of our filter. We had hrs to fix this. Problem was it was Sunday night at dinner time. We called next Gen hot tubs and the owner was on vacation but told us he had a similar hot tub at his home that was no longer in use he directed us to take the pressure cap off that unit.. at no cost... amazing saved our tub literally We can't thank u enough thanks thanks
