Went into the store to purchase a frame with prescription. The service I received from Megan (I believe youngers salesperson in the store at the moment) was excellent. She explained things very clearly, was patient with us, had a smile at all times.

About 2 weeks after receiving my glasses I inquired if they had the original frame I wanted and it was available. I was able to exchange my pair for a new one without any hassle.
