Personally, it's very unjust and rude to charge someone for a missed appointment. This appointment gets made so far in advance! YEARS I have spent at this clinic - IN THE WAITING ROOM! Not once have I ever complained. How about paying me back all the time and money first and then ask if I'll be back to support that. Nope. No thanks. I was born there, don't want to die there !
