We had to renovate our existing propane line to our house due to the need to replace our driveway concrete that the old propane line ran under. It’s a long story so I’ll just say we had the best journeymen come out to install a new propane line. Many thanks to Barry, Wyatt, Riggin, and Jay for the great service!
Amazing service! Wonderful workmanship! Barrie truly cares about his customers and has obviously instilled this in his team. Roman did a terrific job and went above and beyond the call of duty. He called to check in after the job was completed to ensure that everything was still working properly. I highly recommend BW Bouwman Plumbing Ltd. you will not be disappointed!
Our furnace died early Saturday morning. We called a few companies on their emergency 24 hour line and they confirmed a visit in 3 to 4 days...not much of emergency help. Then we got to BW Bouwman...not only did he answer his own phone (all the previous ones were call centers)..but he immediately assessed the issue and resolved it quickly. He took the time to explain what was happening and empowered us with knowledge. Top notch service 👌...definitely the only company we will deal with...Thank You!
