I’m am all about supporting small business in the Rimbey district I purchased a battery cable for 28.00 dollars only to find the same cable at Rimbey co-op for 9.99 Napa has given me cause to rethink future purchases
I ordered shocks from them , had to wait 3 days.... phoned in to see if they came in and was told yes so I said I would be there in 20 minutes, showed up and then was told they sold them to someone 5 minutes ago.... was not offered any fix to the problem and was told to have a nice day. If you need parts take the drive to sylvan or red deer.... I will not be back.
Thank you NAPA! On our way to a work site today, we ran into an issue that needed a quick fix. The guys at the counter were quick to find the parts we needed, let us use their hand tools and our issue was resolved putting us back on the road within minutes. We will definitely be back and recommend this location for their great customer service!
