Honest reliable work! Front end of the shop has amazing customer service with a knowledgeable receptionist and advisor-Amber was awesome!. Manager Dave is personable and very honest. They got my sons truck in on short notice reassessed the work that needed to be done sourced the parts and did the work in a really a short window of two days. To ensure the work was done on time to have my son on the road to school in Lethbridge by Sunday the manager worked on the vehicle himself. So very pleased and will definitely be back! Im a mechanics daughter and was thoroughly impressed by Jax. My Jeep lost its mind. Jax provided timely excellent diagnostics and service Their kindness and excellent advice helped me through a rough time. Their pricing was fair without the double "door" charges seen at so many service centers these days. Definitely highly recommended.
