Couldn't ask for a better dental experience. I went to the clinic to have a consultation on options to fix some damage to my front teeth from a hockey mishap. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Panhwer put out all my options clearly and gave me a plan and what he thought would be best in my case. To be honest I was reserved about the idea even before I walked in the door but his confidence spoke volumes. I decided to get the work done we discussed on that very saturday (also a huge bonus for us Alberta oil and gas workers). I am extremely happy with the results thus far. Also a shoutout to Gladys, she helped navigate my benefits and broke down the cost to the very cent before we even began without any hidden fees which has happened to me in the past at other practices. The renovations are coming along quite nice as well.
Big shout out to Shauna she is amazing. First time in my life I didn’t need freezing to clean my teeth. She is the best. So gentle and caring. And such an amazing job.
I have always kind of had bad dental anxiety when visiting the dentist, but Dr AJ and Gladys really made me feel comfortable and tried to ease my mind, and they’re really funny too which helped! I had to get my first ever root canal done so I was extremely nervous coming in and they were awesome the whole time!
