We always get more than one quote for any refinishing work to be done.
Of the 3 quotes we got Scott was half the price of the other 2 quotes. Probably because he is a one man operation.
Refinishing was completed on the set dates, while we were out of the country. No security issues whatsoever.
As far as only 4 of 5 stars I never give more than 4 stars. No one is perfect.
Once again thanks for the excellent job refinishing our floors. The refinishing was a great match to our other hardwood floors, and the wear and tear on the wood finish is completely gone. Much better than we expected.
