My car broke down just outside of Blackfalds and the service I got from them was prompt and professional. The young man was very friendly and just overall a great experience despite the fact that I was broken down.

Great full- service towing company! Came from Ponoka to Red Deer and towed our broken-down car back to Edmonton late at night on the Friday of a long weekend. Thank you Ivan for your prompt and professional service! He was friendly and very helpful during our situation! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Big thank you to Ponoka Towing (First Call Towing) for getting us out of trouble! Truck just shut down on Hwy 2A and guys came to our rescue within 15-20 minutes. When it's -20 every minute counts so we really appreciate the help. Very nice people and competent (our truck is a dully so they drove a flatbed instead of a hook-and-chain one) Affordable and much faster than in Red Deer. Thanks to google it was the top choice, will save the number for sure. Thanks again!
