This review is a couple of months overdue, but I have to give a millions stars to Candace for guiding the real estate process for us. I cannot explain just how amazing she was throughout the entire deal. Not only did she work late and took extra time to text me on time sensitive stuff, but she was also incredibly professional. I felt in fantastic hands from the start and I will come back to this firm JUST to work with her again. Thank you, Candace. Had an excellent experience purchasing a home with Wilfrid. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and knows how to explain complicated matters in an effective way. He and his staff respond promptly to email, were happy to answer all my pre-purchase questions, and gave me some great advice about proactively preventing problems I had not thought of. The process was a hundred percent satisfactory and I am delighted with my new home.
