We lost power in our motorhome on the hwy. made it to Ponoka and found this business on line. Big shout out to Kate and to the mechanic Patrick. This was the friendliest, most knowledgeable and efficient repair. They were able to get a replacement alternator in record time. I only wish we lived closer to have all our repairs done here. Awesome service very honest and two times that I have had service there my Bill wAs less than I was quoted. They also even tighten up the bolts on my alternator for me because it was squealing at no charge. I would recommend the shop to anybody hard to find good honest shops you can take your vehicle to and not worry I will never go anywhere else. We've also been in Ponoka for 2 years now I'm with all the choices between here and the City will definitely be sticking with First Choice Auto exceptional.
