Phillipe and Tristan are both very friendly and courteous men who put all efforts into solving my mysterious and frustrating electrical problem. It was eventually discovered to be a problem with the electrical meter itself, and they immediately called Fortis to take over the problem as that is Fortis's jurisdiction. Thank you Phillipe and Tristan for your perseverance and courteous service. You'll definitely hear from me should I have any further problems.
