Really helpful to find matching tires I needed for my vehicle. Took extra time to clean rims, mount and balance my tires that are an odd size. Gregg is really good finding tires for my vehicles and acreage equipment.
The crew at Kal Tire in Peace River were first class, from the initial phone call inquiry about winter tires for my truck, all the way to the excellent customer service I received in store on the install date. I've dealt with other Kal Tire locations and also received proper service, but this location was above and beyond!
Awesome customer service. Was about to start a long trip when I noticed a flat. Walked-in to Kal with no appointment and even though they were busy, managed to slot me in and I was back on the road in no time!
