Good experience - learned a lot about my eye health. Love my new glasses even though they are a tad expensive. I’ll enjoy purchasing these kind of quality eye glasses until I retire and have to rethink my budget and health benefits ( as I will be responsible for the cost then). The experience with my eye doctor and her staff was good. I’ll continue to use FYI.
I had a comprehensive eye exam; I felt it was thorough. The doctor addressed my concern and She referred me to a specialist; I had an appointment booked within the week!
I felt welcomed and respected from the moment I walked in the door, everyone I talked to was very helpful. You can often book appointments for same day, definitely same week.
One star off because it is more expensive than the other place in town. However, the service at FYI was 300% better, so worth the money!
