Overall i couldn't ask for a better experience. The truck Driver was nice and prices weren't that high. I had to get towed from Cereal to Kindersley when my alternator failed. They came as quickly as they could at 3am to help me. And drove me to Kindersley and to a hotel. Price ended up at around 600 dollars which is fair due to the over 1 hour drive to kindersley. If you need a Tow and in a bind i couldn't recommend this company any more than i already have. Thank you guys alot!
My car's engine died when I crossed the Albertan border to Saskatchewan at 11:00PM when I called AMA to get me a tow truck to pick me up they informed me the only tow truck available was Allen Franson who worked for Oyen Towing. When he picked my cousin and me up he was polite and professional. In order to not in convenience him I suggested to be taken to Drumheller (I am from Calgary), but Allen suggested that he could take us to Calgary (a four hour drive!). His willingness and imitative to best met our needs was great. Very good customer service. I was very impressed he was willing to drive pretty much all night to drop us off at Calgary. Oyen Towing came to help us at 1:30 am when a relative visiting the from USA locked his keys inside the car. They had a early flight out of Calgary the next day and were leaving early in morning. We are so thankful for the prompt help at such hours.
