I have been taking all of my vehicles to Jacks Auto Body for the past 33 years, their workmanship is superb, they are very knowledgeable and do all they can to help you in special circumstances.
Well so far very impressed with the quote process
After insurance approved quote, my husband called three days in a row, the girl that answered said when parts arrived they would call. I stopped in to ask the man that did quote a question and he informed me as I had to leave town and was in a time crunch that they had not ordered parts at all. That was a week delay, I took my truck to the ram dealer and had a bumper the next day! Not impressed with the lack of communication
They fixed a frame repair for me after a west Edmonton Frame shop messed up my car. Their estimated cost pretty much stayed the same as my quote. Thank goodness for this shop, they were great to deal with. I would like to see a bit more communication from them, but I trust them and will use them again. The quality of work was also very good.
