I have built several homes and Lyle and his team have been incredible to deal with. Stevenson Homes accommodated me every step of the way and their quality of work is outstanding. They have been available 24/7 and have made the process of building a house seem easy. I cannot thank Lyle and his team enough, they have amazing tradesmen who do better work than anything I’ve seen in years! We had a home built in 2017 by Stevenson Homes. We had noticed last summer that the paint on the side gable of the house starting to fade. We have Hardy board. We sent some pictures to Lyle at Stevenson homes a couple different times with an explanation and no response from him. we finally got a response from him and he advised us that it was from hail. You could see in the pictures that it was not from hail. He told my spouse not to message him anymore as he will not respond to him. All we wanted was for him to come and look for himself and he wouldn't. I tried to message him but he would not respond. We have had a couple painters tell us that it was definitly poor workmanship. Either there was no primer underneath and/or one coat of paint.Lyle is very accommodating at first but because he has so many houses on the go with limited workers things are not getting done properly.
