After Red Deer Toyota charged me twice for diagnostics and quoted $10,000+ to replace the entire wiring harness for a “suspected” electrical fault on my 2023 RAV4, I went to Sawatzky’s for a second opinion. They did a thorough check, pinpointed the actual issue (the headlight assembly unit) and fixed it for 90% less! Clear communication, honest and efficient.

From the moment I called Sawatzkys about a new motor for my car the customer service was just amazing.
Jarad went above and beyond for me. He even called the dealership to see if they would honor their extended warranty but being I was over the kms they wouldn't. He priced out 3 options for me. We even had a laugh over me taking the car to auction 😂
I never did get the ladies name who always answered my phone calls but she was also amazing!
At the end of it all they got me a new motor for a good price and considering the huge job it was they had it done in a very reasonable time frame.
