Had a fantastic experience for my first time in the infrared sauna blanket, highly recommend, slept so well the night after, felt refreshed, no more sluggish sickness remained. Definitely recommend bringing water with you as I was very thirsty when I first got out.

Love this place, been going for massages here a couple times a year. Danielle and Kayla have magic hands.Jeremy is always happily up front with a smile.Just recently tried the new sauna they brought in. WONDERFUL! Can’t wait to try the other new options! I went to Crystal to put on ear seeds. My shoulder pain, which I’ve had for years disappeared. The relief lasted 2 weeks and allowed me to focus on my physio routine without pain. The second time I went my should pain was gone and now only minimal after a month. I would highly recommend her work. Also all about you’s facility is beautiful!
