I Was driving through Nanton on my way to go ice fishing down south while also pulling my quad on a small trailer behind my SUV, when all of a sudden my severely neglected trailer wheel bearing blew apart. The friendly folk at Napa Auto on the north side of town recommended getting to Siebeb’s as it was probably near closing time. I got there sometime just after 5 pm, it was Friday and Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. He told me what needed to be done and because it wasn’t super important that I needed my quad he let me leave the quad on the trailer and leave the trailer in his lot so that he could assess it and price it out the following week. While on holiday in our trailer we had trouble with the brakes on our truck. We stopped to see if they had the part we needed. Not only did they have the part but fixed the brake for us and we were hooked up to our trailer and back on our way in just over an hour! Great service!!

We are a full time travelling RV family. We passed through Nanton and we’re heading south to the Crowsnest Pass when one of our rv tires started smoking and flaming.The guys, especially Mike, were so kind and helpful as We tried to troubleshoot on the side of the highway enough to get the trailer to the shop. The next day they set aside their schedule to help get us back in our home and on the road.We are so grateful for the service they provided, going above and beyond to not only help us in a difficult time - but to teach us about what was happening and why to make sure we would be safe wherever our journey took us.Thank you again!We will recommend Siebens again...read full review
