I was displaced at the only pet friendly air bnb I could find in the area because of the fires. Jenn was super accommodating to board my two cats on short notice for the day so I could get to work and did it free of charge. They have a plan in place to evacuate if need be, and have assured me that if I still need their services on short notice again, they can absolutely help me out. Needless to say, it was a huge relief to know my pets were well taken care of while I was at work. 10/5 stars
