We had them come out and do a job and 2 weeks later it did not work. On the long weekend Sunday I talked to Tammy the call lady she totally awesome and wanted to help, I was very impressed with her! The next day Frank came out he looked at the job it was a septic pump problem what they can not fix. He was very professional and explained it to me they refunded me all my money without me asking. The Gentlemen Plumbers made a mistake and totally stepped up to the plate. I would totally use them!
Very polite and professional. Explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy with the work before I left. I also appreciated the customer service when I called to book an appointment. The 24 hour service was much appreciated.
I live in a very old house so it’s never fun to have maintenance checks done but The Gentleman Plumbers are professional with friendly staff. They are helpful with their advice and generally work is completed in a timely manner.
