During March 2024, we were on a hunt for a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. After the local dealership was unable to provide us with what we were looking for, we decided to carry out a nation wide search… Eventually, we found what we were looking out west, in Medicine Hat, Alberta. A quick phone call, lead us to James Thorne, a Sales Consultant with Standard Jeep Ram. From the very start, James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable… He was quick to research and provide answers to any questions that we had, and his expertise eventually led us to a different vehicle at another Alberta dealership. After supplying us with the information on the new vehicle, James used his charisma and negotiation skills to secure the vehicle in question, through a local dealership trade… Unfortunately, on the verge of making the purchase, we realized that there was a technical aspect of the vehicle about which we were apprehensive. Dealing with our concern surrounding this technical aspect, James did his very best to answer all of the questions that we had, and to provide the technical details that we required in order to help us to make our decision. In the end, we eventually decided against making the purchase. Notwithstanding our decision, James continued to be polite, gracious and helpful… Without a doubt, this is the best sales experience that we’ve ever had in dealing with any Canadian car dealership…We would like to thank James Thorne once again for his hard work, and to any potential customers, we would highly recommend giving your business to James.
