I like that they really care with their staff to keep them apprised of what's going on in the store for when someone calls and they don't have items on hand.. The lady on the phone took the time to see if they had any on order and let me know when they were coming back in to the store VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW. I won't go back to a store that doesn't know when they are ordering anything why are you there then? I had that horrible experience with petland sadly.

It often seems as though their regular pricing is set so that they can have really good looking sales. That said, some of their sales are actually really good and often worth waiting for. If pricing is important to you, you can save a lot by shopping around. However, the value PetSmart offers in experience makes it worth visiting with your dog(s). (We haven't tried the groomer and cannot comment on that experience.)
