Arrived on time. Looked in my attic and gave me a very different report from the one I had yesterday from a Calgary company. He disagreed with their recommendations. This is a saving for me of about $3,000.00. Also contacted IA and they agreed with his thoughts. So happy to have someone say that I did not need to spend money on my attic insulation.
Patterson Drywall retrofitted my finished basement with rim joist insulation. All the work from removing the drywall, applying the spray foam insulation to refinishing the ceiling was done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend Patterson Drywall.
When unexpected renovations were required in my basement it was discovered there was no insulation in the walls. Patterson Bros. Drywall was contacted and Kevin came out promptly to provide options moving forward. I opted for spray foam insulation. It has made a huge difference in both the summer and winter comfort level of my basement. Brendan did a great job with the spray foam application and Ron was skilled with the mudding and taping of the walls and ceilings. Everyone showed up on time, kept me informed every step of the way, and was respectful of my home. Kevin personally stopped by several times to check on the progress.
