I had a great experience with Microdyne Computer Services Ltd. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He was able to recover and transfer all of my husband's important data to our external hard drive without any issues.
He also quickly diagnosed our old computer and explained that it was failing. Unfortunately, repairing it would have cost more than replacing it, so we decided to purchase a new computer instead. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to sell us an unnecessary repair.
If I ever need help with computers in the future, Dan will be my first call. I highly recommend Microdyne Computer Services Ltd.
