“Once again Design Air came to our aid at the drop of a hat. Cold day. Furnace sounded like it was working but no warm air was issuing from the vents. We tried all the usual layperson stuff to no avail. Called Design Air at 0830, Tech was there at 0900, diagnosis was mede by 10:00, required part sourced from the shop and installed by 11:00, warm and cozy again before noon“

“Fast an efficient service! These guys helped us out with a dead furnace 2 days before Christmas. They got it working for us as a temporary fix. Then in the new year they were able to provide us a timely and competitive quote for a new furnace and AC unit. Then when our hot water tank died they came bright and early the next morning and replaced it. We did have a small concern with one of the finishings after the furnace installation. We brought it up with a technician and they came that week and fixed it up. Everything looks great and is running efficiently. We're grateful for how quickly they responded.“
