As a person with a disability, I found the process I was subjected to to be inherently unfair + inconsistent with well-established standards of accommodation and procedural fairness.

Because my disability-related needs were disclosed, I was entitled to request accommodation, including a support person, and the firm had a duty to meaningfully consider and facilitate that accommodation to the point of undue hardship. Treating that need as discretionary, or as something requiring special permission, was inconsistent with the duty to accommodate.

You would not go wrong in choosing this law firm for any general or specific legal matter, whether it be for personal injury, family or civil/real estate matters. Specifically, Mr. Cahoon is well balanced, polished and educated - a quality lawyer in my opinion that works hard for his clients garnering successful results.

Thank you so much for your help in my matter. You were helpful and quick to learn the details when you took over for another lawyer. Tom was kind and helpful in making it easy to understand what was going on and he went to bat for me ensuring I had a positive outcome . After it was all said and done he went through the details and some suggestions of how to deal with everything.
