Thank you! Your team rescued our weekend! Rushing around, I accidentally hit a curb and damaged our tire which could have derailed our trip to Calgary to surprise our daughter for her birthday. Within 15 minutes one of your technicians met us to put our temporary tire on to get us to the shop. Even though it was 15 minutes to closing time, they ordered us a new tire and put a loaner on our vehicle and got us on the road. We are both so grateful for the kind and speedy service. Your team was responsive and customer centred providing excellent service. Thank you so very much. We will continue to always purchase our new tires from you and recommend others do the same.

Thank you Sol for taking care of me when I stopped by with a flat tire !
I didn’t know what to do when I was driving through and my tire pressure was falling. I dropped in and you took me in as a walk in and just took care of getting it repaired.
Appreciate it!!
Hats off to Justin at Fountain Tire in Medicine Hat!
My daughter got a flat tire while driving home from Calgary and Justin went above and beyond to help her. He was kind, reassuring, and determined to find a solution. He checked every option, made calls to locate a tire, and never once acted like the problem couldn’t be solved.
As a parent, I truly appreciated knowing someone was looking out for her. Thank you, Justin, for your outstanding customer service and genuine care. You’re a great example of what customer service should be! 👏👏👏
