I have always had great friendly service from staff at this location. My negative review is against the Canada postal service delivery. This organization is terrible. overcharges for services. never correctly updates tracking. not even sure why they offer it? probably so they can charge more. delivery is never on time even when paying for Xpress services. online virtual assistant is trash. regurgitates what the tracking info shows. no information. no accountability. Canada Post is the worst delivery service available. you would think for how long they have been in business they might actually be good at what they do. horse and buggy business and hasnt changed since. My previous rating was unfair. The people at this outlet are very nice. Sadly whatever your sending then gets handed over to Canada post and who knows what will happen. Even tracking is useless because the person you contact will defend things being rerouted to a new address that doesn’t exist. Or the fact that my express post has been marked delivered 3 times now (but currently marked delayed) but I can’t get a refund because they delivered it 3 times now, but they don’t know where it is either, but it’s been delivered to the new Revelstoke address even though there is no change of address, but it was rerouted due to a change of address.Your head hurt yet?
