I could not be more pleased with the service I just received from multiple members of the MH Best Buy team. I have had ongoing issues with my computer and luckily made the wise choice to purchase Geek Squad protection. I’m always on the fence about buying extended service plans, but I will always recommend Geek Squad’s protection plan because it has proven to be worth its weight in gold. Because I have sent this specific computer away so many times, the manager and the team helped me remedy the situation with a more permanent solution because they recognized how frustrating it is to send away your computer multiple times. The staff at Best Buy are very friendly and knowledgeable! Went in to get the screensaver on my phone fixed and then shortly after decided to upgrade my old MacBook Pro to a newer one while in store. Chace & Justen helped answer all of my questions and were super patient with me through the entire process. Really appreciate all their help. Will be back for future purchases! ?

The young fellow called Jeremy, has a true passion for customer service and technology. Jeremy helped me purchase a new headset and TV. You can tell by the way Jeremy talks that he truly believes in the higher values of service and commitment to customers; along with ethical best practices when it comes to the customer and seller relationship. Jeremy if you’re reading this I think you have the values of a one day great CEO, stick with it. As for Colby, he was the senior sales rep that helped Jeremy ultimately make the final sale on the tv by assisting with pricing.Hats off to both of these guys. Never got the slime ball feel from either of them.
