Kristen is very knowledgeable and always willing to learn more to help her clients. I have received effective session from her and would recommend trying her if you haven’t found relief for your issues.

Kristen is my go to for massages and helps me recover from both my sports injuries and when I suffer bouts of my body reminding me of my age! She pays attention to where I am feeling discomfort, asks questions and does some investigation so that she can tailor the session to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment!
She also shares tips on prevention and has shown me stretches that help!
